Although the powdered enzyme is much more durable than the liquid form, it must be packaged and protected from moisture, oxygen, light and heat in order to preserve the quality and shelf life of the enzyme. Therefore, the enzyme, whose process is completed in the drying unit, is transferred to the packaging unit with the help of gravity, untouched by hand.
In the packaging unit, the enzyme is packed and sealed in weights determined according to customer demand. Information labels are affixed on the packages.
